I was proud to be a builder partner and part of the steering committee for the award winning Urban Lodge. This showcase home was featured in the 2007 Seattle Street of Dreams. This home received a 5-Star Built Green certification through the Built Green Program of King and Snohomish Counties, Gold Level Verified through the NAHB Green Home Building Guildelines and was Third party verified.
Unfortunately on Monday, March 3, 2008, this home was destroyed due to arson.
