The ResCon Safety Group is pleased to present its first offsite meeting held at Super Anchor Safety in Woodinville. Please allow yourself the necessary drive time to Woodinville.

Paul Lagerstedt
Mr. Lagerstedt is a Vice President for Super Anchor Safety – a fall protection manufacturing company based near Seattle, WA. He is principally involved is sales, manufacturing, marketing, legal council, engineering, research, development, importing, testing, sourcing and future growth opportunities for the company. The last 10 years have been dedicated to changing the culture in the residential safety market by selling thoughts, ideas and products to those who do not know they need them. He has seen a gentle surge in buy-in to residential safety over the years with companies such as Weyerhaeuser Real-Estate, Shea Homes, Centex Homes, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Boise Cascade, PrimeSource, Aearo Safety, and Toll Brothers. Paul has also worked to establish business relationships with the NAHB, OSHA, ACCSH, CDC/NIOSH, WTCA, High Volume Homes Builders Safety Council, and many of the nation’s largest home builders. Mr. Lagerstedt is a staunch advocate for worker safety.

When not at work, he works from home.

This presentation will focus on the unique issues and problems that residential builders are faced with from a legal, logistic, and liability point of view. The discussion will then focus on the solutions and products and practices that have been developed to solve these and other issues.

Time will also be given to the maintenance and inspection of personal fall arrest systems.

ATTENDEES PLEASE BRING: your own personal fall arrest systems, hard hats and other safety equipment which you would like Mr. Lagerstedt to look over with you.
